Notion IT Intern

At Co-x3 Family Foundation, we strive to innovate and empower communities by providing tools and resources that enhance productivity and foster personal growth. As we expand our reach and impact, we need a passionate Notion Intern to join our team. This role at our non profit will focus on creating and optimizing Notion templates that support our various programs and initiatives, helping us to streamline processes and improve efficiency across our operations. 

The Co-x3 Family Foundation is proud to be a 501(c)3 charitable organization. This internship is unpaid and completely remote. We are open to international candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Notion templates tailored to the needs of our programs such as the Better Life Framework, L-CTRL, and Gamify Your Life.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing templates.
  • Test and iterate on templates based on feedback from users and team members.
  • Document the functionality and potential use cases of each template for user guidance.
  • Stay updated with Notion features and integrate new tools and techniques into template designs.
  • Assist in managing the Notion workspace including organizing pages, ensuring template accessibility, and improving navigation.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background or work experience in Information Technology, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Notion with a proven track record of building effective templates and workspaces.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for non-profit work and a commitment to the values and goals of the Co-x3 Family Foundation.
